Current Position: Senior Systems Engineer

Qualifications: Diploma Of Network Engineering

I started working at iiNet as soon as I finished my HSC, which is where I developed my troubleshooting and support skills.

I then moved to a small computer company called Dextralog Computers in my home town in Springwood, Blue Mountains. My role was to support over 40 small businesses, their servers, workstations and applications. During this time I finished his Diploma of Network Engineering at Mt Druitt TAFE.

I then was Systems Administrator for SSW, a Sydney based software development company specializing in .NET, SharePoint Development and Microsoft Team Foundation Server consulting for 2 years.

Since then I have moved into the Oil Industry and look after data centers around the world providing real time data services to client.

I have a passion for learning and technology, especially Microsoft server technologies including Hyper-V, Microsoft System Center Data Protection Manager, Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager and SharePoint.

When I’m not geeking it up, I enjoy playing Xbox 360, going to concerts and music festivals, stand-up comedy, personal fitness and weight training.
